Our Client in Fishers, IN is seeking a Phlebotomist II to draw blood, prepare specimens for testing, and interact with patients with care and professionalism. The role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and adherence to procedures, under the supervision of the area supervisor.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 3 years of phlebotomy experience, and preferred phlebotomy certification or medical assistant/paramedic training, with data entry skills and customer service

Qualifications

• Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred
• 3 years of phlebotomy experience needed.
• Minimum 2 years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred
• Customer service in a retail or service environment preferred
• Keyboard/data entry experience a must.

Responsibilities

• Represents the face of the company to patients and greets them during visits.
• Draws quality blood samples and prepares specimens for lab testing following procedures.
• Explains procedures to patients and maintains a trustworthy, professional atmosphere.
• Demonstrates leadership behaviors while focusing on process excellence and confidentiality of patient information.
• Performs daily activities accurately and on time under supervision, maintaining records and a professional environment.
