Phlebotomist II Float - Rogers, AR - Monday - Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM

Requirements: Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and a clean driving record.

Pay Range: $18.92+ per hour. Salary offers depend on skills, experience, education, certifications, and market factors. Successful candidates may qualify for annual performance bonuses.

Job Duties:

• Cover assigned territories in Patient Service Centers, doctor’s offices, or as needed
• Draw and prepare blood samples for testing
• Collect specimens following procedures, including drug screens and insurance exams
• Enter billing info and collect payments when required
• Mentor and support new employees; serve as a point of contact on-site
• Travel to additional sites as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Preferred: medical assistant or paramedic training
• Preferred: phlebotomy certification (required in CA, NV, WA)
• 3+ years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
• 2+ years in a Patient Service Center preferred
• Customer service experience preferred
• Keyboard/data entry skills
