Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Phlebotomist II Float in Birmingham, AL, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This float position offers variety as you shift between patient service centers and doctor offices, with a robust rewards package and opportunities for growth in phlebotomy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in CA/NV/WA.

Responsibilities

• Draw blood samples and prep specimens for lab testing.
• Cover designated territory across patient service centers and doctor offices.
• Coach and mentor new staff and act as on-site resource for the team.
• Travel to additional sites as needed.
