Quest Diagnostics in Castle Rock, CO, is hiring a Phlebotomist II for a Monday–Friday shift 7:30 AM–4:30 PM with rotational Saturdays. Salary pay range is $23.00–$25.90 per hour. The role includes opportunities for annual performance bonus compensation and a rich benefits package.

The position requires three years of phlebotomy experience, strong data entry skills, and reliable transportation, with duties spanning specimen collection, processing, and non-patient support tasks.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience is required.
• Flexible and available on weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures, including drug screens and biometric screening.
• Administer oral solutions as trained.
• Verify orders and patient data using lab systems and client contacts.
• Navigate computer systems and enter data accurately.
• Enter billing information and collect payments per policy.
• Process and prepare specimens for transport (labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting).
• Handle non-patient duties: inventory, stocking, sanitizing, filing, phones, emails.
• Follow departmental policies and procedures.
• Assist with compiling and submitting statistics and data as needed.
• Maintain phlebotomy logs (maintenance, temperature) timely.
• Complete training courses timely.
