Quest Diagnostics Incorporated in Des Plaines, IL seeks a Phlebotomist II for evenings, Monday to Thursday, 3:00 PM to 7:30 PM with rotating Friday or Saturday shifts (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM). The position offers pay range $21.75–$24.90 per hour with a 10% second-shift and 15% third-shift differential in some hours.

A performance bonus may be offered; benefits vary by part-time status. Responsibilities include specimen collection, data entry, order verification, and maintaining logs.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.
• Flexible and available based on staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures including drug screens, biometric screenings and insurance exams.
• Administer oral solutions per established training.
• Verify orders using lab systems and client contact; enter data accurately.
