Responsibilities

• Assist in determining donor suitability.
• Establish rapport with donors while ensuring confidentiality.
• Respond to and assist with donor reactions.
• Monitor donor and equipment health to ensure donor well-being and product quality.
• Set up, disconnect, and operate automated plasmapheresis machines.
• Dispose of all contaminated disposable equipment.
