Job summary

Grifols is hiring a Phlebotomist to join our team in a plasma center. The candidate will assist in donor suitability, build rapport with donors, and respond to donor reactions while maintaining confidentiality and safety standards.

Ideal applicants will have a high school diploma or GED, superior customer service, and flexibility to work varying shifts. Training is provided to ensure donors are comfortable and well cared for.

Responsibilities

• Assist in determining the suitability of donors.
• Establish rapport with donors to ensure overall happiness while protecting donor confidentiality.
• Respond to and assist with donor reactions.
• Monitor donors and equipment to ensure health and product quality.
• Set up, disconnect, and operate automated plasmapheresis machines.
• Disconnect and dispose of contaminated disposable equipment.
