Quest Diagnostics Inc. Mansfield, TX is seeking a Phlebotomist II to collect specimens and support patient care in a Monday–Friday schedule with rotational weekends.

The role offers a starting pay range of $20.80+ per hour and eligibility for annual bonus based on performance and organizational factors. The position requires three years of phlebotomy experience, strong data-entry skills, and the ability to work with diverse age groups.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.
• Flexible and available based on staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record, if applicable.
• High school diploma or equivalent; phlebotomy certification preferred in some states.

Responsabilités

• Collect specimens according to established procedures, including drug screens and biometric screenings.
• Administer oral solutions according to training.
• Research test/client information and verify orders using lab systems and client contact.
• Navigate computer systems and enter data accurately.
• Obtain identification and enter billing information, collecting payments when required.
• Process specimens: labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing, and preparing for transport.
• Perform non-patient facing duties: inventory, stocking supplies, sanitizing, filing, and phones.
• Read, understand, and comply with departmental policies, protocols, and procedures.
• Assist with statistics and data submissions; maintain phlebotomy logs.
