Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Phlebotomist II for Arlington, TX, with a Monday-Thursday 8:30 AM–4:30 PM and Friday 8:00 AM–2:00 PM schedule, plus rotational weekends. Pay starts at $21.03 per hour and may include annual bonus potential based on performance.

The role emphasizes accurate specimen collection, data entry, and adherence to lab procedures in a team setting. The position requires at least three years of phlebotomy experience, English communication, and high school completion.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience required (pediatric, geriatric, capillary collections).
• Keyboard/data entry experience.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens per procedures (drug screens, biometric screening, insurance exams).
• Administer oral solutions per training.
• Navigate lab systems to confirm orders and enter data accurately.
