Qualifications

• Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in CA/NV/WA.
• Three years phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections.

Responsibilities

• Draw quality blood samples from patients and prepare specimens for lab testing.
• Maintain a safe, professional environment and accurate records.
• Verify patient demographics, labeling, and consent prior to venipuncture.
• Occasionally travel to multiple locations and cover shifts as needed.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
