Quest Diagnostics in Mandeville, LA is seeking a Phlebotomist II to collect specimens and support patient testing. The role runs Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM with rotational weekends, and includes hands-on duties such as specimen collection, data entry, and adherence to policies.

The position requires three years of phlebotomy experience, a high school diploma, and certification preferred; wage starts at $20 per hour with eligible annual incentive plans and a comprehensive benefits

Qualificações

• Three years phlebotomy experience including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.
• Willing to work weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record, if applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Collect specimens according to established procedures (drug screens, biometric screening, insurance exams).
• Administer oral solutions according to training.
• Verify test orders using lab technology systems and client contact.
• Navigate computer systems and enter data accurately.
• Maintain phlebotomy logs and prepare specimens for transport as required by test order.
• Perform non-patient facing duties (inventory, stocking, sanitizing, filing, answering phones, email).
• Complete trainings timely.
