Manpower, Inc. is seeking a Patient Services Representative II in the West Chester Township area to provide compassionate patient care, collect specimens, and support diagnostic testing.

You will perform venipuncture and capillary collections, verify patient information, and ensure proper processing in a fast-paced environment. This role offers a contingent status with a pathway to hire and a consistent weekday schedule.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Strong customer service and patient interaction skills.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Location: West Chester Township, OH

Pay Rate: $21.50 - $23.05 per hour (based on experience)

Employment Type: Contingent with potential pathway for hire

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-3:00 PM

What You’ll Do

• Collect blood specimens through venipuncture and capillary collections from pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
• Prepare, process, and package specimens for laboratory testing following established procedures
• Perform patient identification, demographic verification, and specimen labeling with a high degree of accuracy
• Conduct clinical and forensic specimen collections, including drug screen collections
• Provide exceptional customer service while creating a welcoming and professional patient experience
• Maintain documentation, records, and quality standards in a fast-paced Patient Service Center environment
• Support daily operations while working collaboratively with a three-person team

What We’re Looking For

• A current, up-to-date resume
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
• Previous specimen processing experience preferred
• Strong customer service and patient interaction skills
• Experience performing drug screen collections preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent organizational, communication, and data entry skills
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to support multiple locations as needed
• Ability to meet compliance requirements
• Must be eligible and provide proof of eligibility to work in the US
