Manpower Associates in Batesville, AR is seeking a Patient Services Representative II to join a fast-paced healthcare team. You will collect blood specimens, ensure accurate labeling, and support essential diagnostic testing in a patient-centered environment.

The role is contingent with potential pathway for hire, with schedule Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, and pay $21.50-$23.05 per hour based on experience. Opportunities to advance across multiple collection sites are available.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of phlebotomy experience including pediatric, geriatric, capillary collections
• Strong specimen collection, processing, and patient identification skills

Responsabilités

• Collect blood specimens through venipuncture and capillary collections from pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
• Prepare and process clinical and forensic specimens following established procedures
• Verify patient demographics and ensure accurate specimen labeling and documentation
• Provide excellent patient care by explaining procedures and creating a comfortable, professional environment
• Maintain quality, safety, and confidentiality standards at all times
• Support multiple collection sites and adapt to changing business needs as required

What We’re Looking For

• A current, up-to-date resume
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
• Strong specimen collection, processing, and patient identification skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Keyboard and data entry experience
• Medical Assistant or Paramedic training preferred
• Previous Patient Service Center experience preferred
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and flexibility to travel between locations as needed
• Ability to meet compliance requirements
• Must be eligible and provide proof of eligibility to work in the US
