Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years phlebotomy experience including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Strong specimen collection, processing, and patient interaction skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Keyboard and data entry experience.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between locations as needed.
• Ability to meet compliance requirements (MMR, Varicella, Tdap, TB).
• COVID and Flu vaccinations strongly recommended.
