Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Phlebotomist in Lone Tree, CO to provide compassionate patient care, collect blood specimens, and support diagnostic testing. The role runs Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–1:30 PM, offering $25/hr and a contingent employment type with potential pathway for hire.

You will collect specimens via venipuncture/capillary techniques, verify patient details, process samples, and maintain accurate records to ensure high-quality test results and patient care.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
  • Minimum of 2 years of Patient Service Center experience preferred.
  • Phlebotomy certification preferred.
  • Excellent phlebotomy skills and specimen handling knowledge.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license with a clean driving record, if applicable.
  • Proficiency with keyboarding and data entry.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, overtime, on-call shifts, and varying locations based on business needs.
  • Ability to meet compliance requirements.
