ManpowerGroup is seeking a Phlebotomist in Lone Tree, CO to provide compassionate patient care, collect blood specimens, and support diagnostic testing. The role runs Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–1:30 PM, offering $25/hr and a contingent employment type with potential pathway for hire.

As a Phlebotomist, you play a vital role in the patient experience and overall diagnostic process. Your ability to collect accurate specimens, maintain quality standards, and deliver exceptional customer service helps ensure timely and reliable test results that support patient care.
Collect blood specimens using venipuncture and capillary collection techniques
Prepare and process clinical and forensic specimens for laboratory testing
Verify patient identity, demographics, and specimen labeling accuracy
Obtain patient signatures following specimen collection to ensure proper documentation
Maintain accurate records and required documentation
Provide professional, compassionate service while creating a positive patient experience
Perform daily activities accurately and on time while maintaining a safe and professional environment
Follow established specimen collection, processing, and safety procedures
Promote a positive image to patients, clients, employees, and the public
A current, up-to-date resume
High school diploma or equivalent required
1-3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
Minimum of 2 years of Patient Service Center experience preferred
Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
Phlebotomy certification preferred
Excellent phlebotomy skills and specimen handling knowledge
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license with a clean driving record, if applicable
Proficiency with keyboarding and data entry
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, overtime, on-call shifts, and varying locations based on business needs
Ability to meet compliance requirements
