The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, phlebotomy experience, and data entry skills. Certification is preferred, with customer service experience valued for frontline engagement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred.
• 6 months of phlebotomy experience needed.
• Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
• Keyboard/data entry experience a must.
• Customer service in a retail or service environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represents the face of the company to patients and performs phlebotomy duties.
• Draws quality blood samples and prepares specimens for lab testing.
• Explains procedures to patients, building trust and ensuring safety and accuracy.
• Demonstrates leadership behaviors and maintains confidentiality of patient information.
• Performs daily activities under supervision, maintains records and supports a professional environment.
