Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. seeks a Phlebotomist I for an Independent Outpatient (IOP) location in Greer, SC.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of diagnostic phlebotomy experience, strong patient care and communication skills, and the ability to collect blood specimens from pediatric to geriatric patients. The candidate will also be responsible for patient registration, specimen processing, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with established procedures and quality

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of diagnostic phlebotomy experience.
• Ability to draw blood from patients of all ages.
• Experience with patient registration and specimen collection.
• Maintain accurate patient records and logs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work onsite Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Color vision for specimen labeling.

Responsabilités

• Perform blood specimen collection across pediatric to geriatric patients.
• Register patients in the laboratory information system.
• Process and handle specimens per procedures and quality standards.
• Maintain patient manifests, specimen logs, and related documentation.
• Ensure proper specimen identification, labeling, and handling.
• Provide professional, compassionate, and patient-centered service.
• Follow laboratory protocols, safety guidelines, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with team to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Complete the two-week training program and follow all applicable procedures.
