Job summary

The role also involves basic clerical tasks such as answering phones and faxing lab reports, delivering reliable customer service to patients, physicians, and staff in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Qualifications

• 3 months of phlebotomy work or training experience required.
• Neonatal/pediatric phlebotomy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect and label blood specimens and transport to the lab.
• Input and extract data in the Laboratory Information System; answer calls and fax reports as needed.
