TalentBurst is seeking a Phlebotomist I for a 4+ month engagement in Miami, FL. The role involves drawing blood samples, preparing specimens for lab testing, and maintaining patient trust while explaining procedures.

Shifts are Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays, and on-site work requires accuracy and professionalism. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, 6+ months phlebotomy experience, and strong data entry skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred (Required in California, Nevada, and Washington).
• Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months phlebotomy experience required.
• Excellent phlebotomy skills including pediatric and geriatric.
• Keyboard/data entry experience required.

Responsibilities

• Draw quality blood samples from patients and prepare specimens for lab testing.
• Explain procedures to patients and maintain an atmosphere of trust and confidence.
• Maintain required records and documentation.
• Perform duties in a safe, professional environment and promote confidentiality.
