Job summary

TalentBurst is seeking a Phlebotomist I in Crestview, FL to draw blood samples and prepare specimens for lab testing under supervision. You will provide quality service to patients, follow established procedures, and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced environment.

Requires high school diploma, phlebotomy training, and 6 months of experience; weekend and on-call availability may be required. Training will occur prior to full duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical training preferred (medical assistant/paramedic).
• Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in some states).
• Minimum 6 months phlebotomy experience.

Responsibilities

• Draw quality blood samples from patients following procedures.
• Prepare specimens for lab testing with accuracy.
• Explain procedures to patients and maintain a comforting environment.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Work under area supervisor and perform daily tasks on time.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and professional work area.
