Spectraforce Technologies seeks a reliable Phlebotomist I for our Charlotte, NC program. This onsite role supports an OB/GYN practice with a contract-to-hire path based on performance.

The position requires hands-on phlebotomy experience and the ability to work independently in a physician office setting. Responsibilities include venipuncture and specimen collection, accurate labeling, processing, and EMR documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Hands-on phlebotomy experience.
• Strong venipuncture and specimen collection skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Must complete all required compliance checks.
• Must meet vaccination/compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and specimen collection.
• Draw 15-25 blood samples per day.
• Label, process, and prepare specimens for transport.
• Ensure patient identification and specimen integrity.
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, HIPAA.
• Process routine specimens as needed.
• Document patient information in the EMR.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Work independently while delivering patient service.
