Quest Diagnostics Incorporated in South Euclid, OH seeks a Phlebotomist I for a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with rotational weekends. The role offers a starting pay of $20+ hourly, with eligibility for annual bonus based on performance and organizational factors.

Responsibilities include collecting specimens, processing tests, and handling data entry while ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• One year phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Customer service in a retail or service environment preferred.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures (drug screens, biometric screening, insurance exams).
• Administer oral solutions according to training.
• Research test/client information and verify orders using lab systems and approved tools.
• Navigate a computer and accurately enter data.
• Obtain identification and enter billing information and collect payments when required, per policies.
• Process specimens including labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing and preparing for transport.
