Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Phlebotomist I in Pahrump, NV, working Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with rotational weekends. A state phlebotomy license is required; pay starts at $21.80+ per hour and a potential annual bonus may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in CA, NV, WA.
• One year phlebotomy experience preferred; customer service experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures (drug screens, biometric screenings, insurance exams).
• Administer oral solutions according to training.
• Verify orders using lab systems and client information.
• Navigate computer systems and enter data accurately.
• Enter billing information and collect payments following policy.
• Process specimens: labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing, transport prep.
• Perform non-patient-facing duties: inventory, clerical tasks, answering phones.
