Mayo Clinic is seeking a Phlebotomist to perform blood sample collections using venous, capillary, arterial, and line methods across age groups. You will work both independently and as part of a team, ensuring accurate labeling, transportation, and timely responses to medical emergencies.

The role involves patient interaction and collaboration with nurses and providers to uphold high patient satisfaction. On-the-job training is provided, and visa sponsorship is not available.

Formación

• Experience in phlebotomy is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Obtain quality blood samples using venous, capillary, arterial, or line collections as appropriate.
• Interact with patients, nurses, providers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality and patient satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate patient identification and quality specimen labeling and transportation.
• Assist with training of students and new employees.
• Answer phones and support clinical operations as needed.
