Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Incorporated seeks a Phlebotomist Group Lead in Escondido, CA. Work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Requires a state phlebotomy license (NHA not accepted in CA/WA/NV).

The role pays $29.40–$34.95 per hour with eligibility for annual performance bonuses. The candidate will supervise daily phlebotomy operations and support Patient Services leadership across multiple settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Patient Service Center, Mobile, Long Term Care and In-Office Phlebotomy operations to ensure accurate and timely service.
• Assist in supervising daily activities and act as a group lead for the phlebotomy team.

Pay range: $29.40 - $34.95 / hour

Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

The PSR IV must have a deep understanding and knowledge of established practices and procedures and creates an atmosphere of trust and confidence to our patients, customers, clients and internal leadership. The PSR IV must ensure that daily work of the Patient Service Center/Mobile/Long Term Care/In-Office Phlebotomy is completed accurately and on time. The PSR IV is also responsible in providing the Supervisor or Functional Patient Services Manager with Patient, Client, Field, Compliance, Training, Metrics and Administrative support as needed
