Job summary

Accounting Search in De Pere, WI is seeking a Phlebotomist for a contract assignment (3 months with potential for permanent). Requires pediatric and adult phlebotomy experience and a minimum of 2 years in the field.

Schedule is Mon-Fri 8:30am–5:30pm with a pay rate of $20–$22 per hour, depending on experience. Responsibilities include blood draws, labeling and centrifuging specimens, recording maintenance data, storing specimens, and explaining venipuncture procedures to patients.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in phlebotomy.
• Experience with pediatric and adult patients.

Responsibilities

• Experience doing blood draws, labeling specimens, centrifuging specimens, recording maintenance data and decontamination.
• Collects and stores specimens according to established procedures.
• Explain venipuncture process clearly to patients and ensure proper specimen handling.
