Job summary

Top Echelon LLC in De Pere, WI seeks a Phlebotomist for a contract role (3 months + potential for permanent). You will perform blood draws, label specimens, and assist in specimen processing to ensure accurate results. The position supports pediatric and adult patients and requires meticulous handling of samples.

Schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm. Pay rate is $20–$22 per hour based on experience, with benefits available and a High School Diploma or GED required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of phlebotomy experience.
• Experience with pediatric and adult patients.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws and label specimens.
• Centrifuge specimens and record maintenance data.
• Decontaminate work areas and update patient information.
• Package specimens for transport and ensure correct labeling.
• Explain the venipuncture process clearly to patients.
