Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred.
• Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
• 3–5 years of phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in a PSC/IOP environment preferred.
• Customer service in a retail or service environment preferred.
• Keyboard/data entry experience required.
• State of Credentials Licenses Required: Graduated Phlebotomist certification.

Responsibilities

• Draw quality blood samples and prepare specimens for lab testing.
• Explain procedures to patients and maintain trust in a safe, accurate manner.
• Demonstrate leadership and uphold confidentiality and accuracy of patient data.
• Under supervision, perform daily duties on time and maintain a safe, professional environment.
