Position Details:

• Full-Time with benefits
• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (hours may vary)
• Coverage area includes East TN and Eastern KY; overtime may be required

Responsibilities include:

• Providing exceptional patient care and customer service
• Performing venipuncture on patients of all ages
• Collecting and preparing non-blood specimens
• Ensuring proper specimen processing, labeling, and test ordering
• Maintaining safety, compliance, and quality control

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous phlebotomy training or experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and data entry skills

Preferred:

• 2+ years of laboratory experience in specimen collection and processing
• Certification from the American Society of Phlebotomy Technicians
