Sonic Healthcare USA is seeking a supervising phlebotomy leader to oversee phlebotomy operations across multiple sites in the Atlanta region. You will support the Operations Manager, develop staff, and ensure excellent patient-centered service.

The role requires 2+ years in specimen collection or processing and 2+ years in supervision within a laboratory setting, with strong communication and problem‑solving skills. A valid driver’s license is also required.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license with excellent driving record for past three years.
• 2+ years of specimen collection or processing experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a laboratory setting.
• Exceptional communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with time constraints and minimal supervision.
