Job summary

Clinical Pathology Laboratories, Inc. in Arlington, TX is seeking a full-time phlebotomist for 1st shift to provide patient-focused care and accurate specimen collection.

You will perform venipuncture, collect non-blood specimens, ensure proper labeling, and support safety and quality control in a fast-paced laboratory environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous phlebotomy training or experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• 2+ years of laboratory training or experience in specimen collection and processing (bonus).
• Certification from the American Society of Phlebotomy Technicians (bonus).

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture on patients of all ages.
• Collect/prepare non-blood specimens.
• Ensure proper specimen processing, labeling, and test ordering.
• Champion safety, compliance, and quality control.
