Job summary

Clinical Pathology Laboratories, Inc. in the Gainesville, TX area is seeking a full-time phlebotomist for 1st shift. You will provide patient-focused care, perform venipuncture on all ages, and handle non-blood specimens with precise labeling and test ordering.

A strong emphasis on safety, compliance, and quality control is required. Qualifications include high school diploma or equivalent, phlebotomy training or experience, excellent communication, and basic data entry skills.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy training or experience required.
• Excellent communication skills and patient service orientation.
• Ability to perform data entry with basic computer skills.
• 2+ years of laboratory training or experience in specimen collection.
• Certification from the American Society of Phlebotomy Technicians (ASPT) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care and customer-focused service.
