Clinical Pathology Laboratories, Inc. in Arlington, TX, is seeking a full-time phlebotomist for 1st shift to provide compassionate patient care and precise specimen collection.

You will perform venipuncture on patients of all ages, collect non-blood specimens, and ensure proper labeling and test ordering. The role emphasizes safety, compliance, and quality control, with emphasis on strong communication and data entry skills.

In This Role, You Will

All You Need Is

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous phlebotomy training or experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and data entry skills

Bonus Points If You’ve Got

• 2+ years of laboratory training or experience in specimen collection and processing
• Certification from the American Society of Phlebotomy Technicians
