Grifols is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team in a training capacity. The role focuses on donor care, accurate testing and processing, and maintaining a safe plasma collection environment.

Candidates should have a High School diploma or GED and a commitment to flexible scheduling. The phlebotomist will assist in donor suitability, establish rapport, respond to donor reactions, monitor donors and equipment, operate plasmapheresis machines, and properly dispose of contaminated materials.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in determining the suitability of donors.
• You establish rapport with donors to ensure overall customer happiness while ensuring donor confidentiality.
• You respond to and assist with handling donor reactions.
• Monitors donor and equipment to ensure health of donors and quality of product.
• Sets up, disconnects, and operates the automated plasmapheresis machines.
• Disconnects and disposes of all contaminated disposable equipment.
