• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and adapt to center needs.

Responsabilités

• Assist in determining the suitability of donors.
• Establish rapport with donors to ensure happiness and confidentiality.
• Respond to donor reactions and assist as needed.
• Monitor donor and equipment health to ensure safety and product quality.
• Set up, disconnect, and operate automated plasmapheresis machines.
• Dispose of contaminated disposable equipment properly.
