Grifols is seeking a Phlebotomist– We Train to join our plasma center team in North America (Houston, TX area). The role focuses on donor interaction, safety, and high quality plasmas collection. Training is provided to ensure you perform procedures correctly and compassionately.

The ideal candidate maintains a patient and reliable approach, commits to donor comfort, and adheres to confidentiality and safety protocols within a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Obtains required state licensures or certifications where applicable.
• Patient, reliable, and committed to donor comfort.

Responsabilités

• Assist in determining the suitability of donors.
• Establish rapport with donors to ensure overall customer happiness while ensuring donor confidentiality.
• Respond to and assist with handling donor reactions.
• Monitor donor and equipment to ensure health of donors and quality of product.
• Set up, disconnect, and operate the automated plasmapheresis machines.
• Disconnect and dispose of all contaminated disposable equipment.
