Labcorp in Johns Creek, GA is seeking a Phlebotomist for a Casual/Per Diem role with hours as needed. You will perform blood collections, process specimens, and support patient services across sites as required.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and 1 year of phlebotomy experience; a phlebotomy certification is required if no experience. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1 year or more phlebotomy experience.
• 3 years or more of phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency if no work experience.
• Proven track record in customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Able to pass a color blindness test.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to sites.

Responsabilités

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Data entry of patient information accurately and timely.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
