Qualifications

• Phlebotomy or Medical Assistant program or equivalent.
• 3 years phlebotomy/medical assisting experience in healthcare.
• National certification in phlebotomy/medical assisting (ASCP/AMT/NHA) with 1 year of clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and specimen collection in a clinical setting.
• Process specimens and manage receiving desk duties and scheduling.
• Perform order entry and verify patient collection data.
• Maintain infection control standards and safety in the lab.
• Work collaboratively with clinicians and staff in a fast-paced environment.
