Qualifications

• Previous direct patient care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs phlebotomy procedures with patient comfort in mind.
• Processes laboratory orders and manages patient information in accordance with policies.
• Maintains professional patient and staff communication and ensures confidentiality and accuracy.
• Supports compliance with regulatory requirements and participates in team-oriented projects.
