• Performs phlebotomy procedures with patient comfort as a priority.
• Prioritizes specimen collections based on urgency and tests ordered.
• Uses Lab Information System for orders, patient info, and billing queries.
• Performs POC testing, including CLIA waived and moderate complexity testing and QC.
• Distributes results via fax, phone, or secure delivery as requested.
• Maintains confidentiality and adheres to regulatory and policy standards.
