Responsibilities

• Communicates and interacts with a diverse population and professionally represents St. Charles Health System.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner.
• Performs phlebotomy procedures with attention to patient comfort and safety.
• Operates Lab Information System to manage orders and patient information.
• Collects specimens and performs CLIA waived and moderate complexity testing as applicable.
• Maintains confidentiality and adheres to regulatory guidelines and policies.
