Job summary

6 Degrees Search is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our Waukegan, IL team on a contract basis with potential for permanent placement. The role requires blood draws, specimen labeling, and proper handling of samples within a fast-paced clinical environment.

Ideal candidates will have a valid state phlebotomy certification, at least 6 months of venipuncture experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. A high school diploma or GED is required. Benefits are available.

Responsibilities

• Explain venipuncture procedure clearly to patients.
• Follow OSHA and regulatory requirements.
• Attend annual departmental trainings.
