TriHealth in Wilmington, OH is seeking a Phlebotomist to collect high-quality specimens and support diagnostic testing. You will liaise with laboratory customers, assist with order entry and documentation, and ensure accurate results in a team-driven environment.

The position requires attention to detail, a High School Diploma or GED, and 1–2 years of phlebotomy experience preferred. Full-time schedule includes evenings, weekends, and holidays with benefits.

Competenze

• 1-2 years' Experience in Phlebotomy (Preferred)
• Phlebotomy Trained Upon Hire (Preferred)
• High School Diploma or GED (Required)

• Ensure specimen integrity by obtaining patient identification, accurate data, collection and specimen collection
• Documents all information as required in expected timeframes
• Understands the importance of accuracy in all steps of the collection process and completes all work accurately and timely.
• Takes on complex tasks when asked and takes initiative to take on tasks when need arises.
• Completes work following processes and protocols for safety, confidentiality, and sample integrity
