Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Phlebotomist.
• Certificate-level education in Phlebotomy or a related field.
• Ability to work early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and move equipment and supplies as needed.
• Certification in Phlebotomy or a related field (e.g., CPT, APT, or RCP).

Responsibilities

• Collect blood samples from patients in their homes or in nursing facilities.
• Conduct venipuncture and capillary puncture procedures.
• Ensure proper labeling, handling, and transportation of blood samples.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all patient interactions and samples collected.
• Work early morning shifts, typically from 4:00 AM to 8:00 AM.
• Ensure a high level of patient satisfaction and comfort during the phlebotomy process.
