Qualifications

• Associates degree OR a combination of education and work experience is required.
• Minimum of one year customer service experience in public setting is required.
• A current, valid driver’s license with a good driving record is required.
• Basic computer skills; proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Interact with donors and explain the importance of their donation.
• Work with teammates to create a welcoming environment for donors.
• Maintain attention to detail to ensure collected blood meets goals, regulatory requirements and can be transfused.
