Job summary

The American Red Cross in Blaine, Minnesota is seeking a phlebotomist to join our team. You will assist with the blood collection process at fixed-site locations, ensuring a welcoming environment for donors and adherence to safety procedures.

Paid phlebotomy training is provided, with opportunities to grow healthcare skills within the nation’s top humanitarian organization. Prior phlebotomy experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum one year customer service in a public setting.
• A current, valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Physical ability to lift, push or pull heavy weights and endure long hours.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
