You will work in a plasma center, operate plasmapheresis equipment, monitor donor health, and follow safety and quality standards. A high school diploma and willingness to obtain licensure are required; flexible scheduling is available.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• An interest in making a difference in the world.
• Obtains required state licensures or certifications where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in determining the suitability of donors.
• Establish rapport with donors to ensure overall customer happiness while maintaining donor confidentiality.
• Respond to and assist with handling donor reactions.
• Monitor donor and equipment to ensure health of donors and quality of product.
• Set up, disconnects, and operates the automated plasmapheresis machines.
• Disconnects and disposes of all contaminated disposable equipment.
