Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: completion of phlebotomy program or certification.
• At least 1 year of clinical phlebotomy experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws and lab procedures professionally and courteously.
• Verify patient identities and document procedures accurately.
• Educate patients on collection processes and handling of specimens.
• Label and prepare specimens for transport with integrity.
• Communicate effectively with lab staff and healthcare professionals.
