Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collects, registers, and processes patient laboratory specimens following protocols.
• Performs venipuncture and other specimen collections as required.
• Maintains patient safety, infection control and accurate labeling of specimens.
• Uses computer systems for patient registration, test labeling, and results entry.
• May perform EKGs and travel to various locations as needed.
• Works independently and as part of a team, with on-call flexibility.
