Job Juncture in Rock Hill, SC is seeking a Phlebotomist for a 3-month contract with potential for permanent hire. The role supports blood collection, specimen processing, and data recording in a fast-paced lab environment.

Schedule is 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday. Responsibilities include performing venipunctures, labeling and centrifuging specimens, ensuring proper storage and transport, and complying with OSHA and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Valid phlebotomy certification required in the state of employment.
• Minimum of 6 months' venipuncture experience in a fast-paced lab or hospital setting.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws and handle labeling, centrifuging, and maintaining specimens.
• Update patient information and maintain accurate maintenance data.
• Ensure proper specimen packaging and transport per protocol.
• Adhere to OSHA and DEP regulations; attend annual trainings.
